Tekupit serves two key customer segments: end customers and resellers. The company’s reseller network includes both machine tool maintenance specialists and machine tool importers in Finland and across Europe.
Dematec Polska Sp. z o.o., a Tekupit partner since 2016, is one of the leading companies in the Polish machine tool market. The company provides comprehensive support throughout the entire lifecycle of a machine, from initial delivery and operator training to maintenance and spare parts services.

Since its establishment in 2002, Dematec Polska Sp. z o.o. has grown into a comprehensive solutions provider for the machine tool industry. As a representative of respected brands such as DN Solutions, Murata Machinery, Tsugami, Enshu and Trident Company, Dematec Polska offers an extensive range of advanced machine tools.
Dematec Polska’s team of experts includes over 30 qualified service engineers, who work closely with an international network of machining specialists and equipment manufacturers.
A critical element of Dematec Polska’s market-leading position is its comprehensive spare parts support system. The company works exclusively with verified suppliers and provides genuine, certified parts for equipment from leading global manufacturers. Tekupit Oy has been one of Dematec’s spare parts suppliers since 2016.
Since the beginning of the partnership, Dematec Polska has ranked among Tekupit Oy’s ten largest customers every year and, in some years, has even been its largest customer. Tekupit has supplied Dematec with products including oil skimmers and coolant pumps.

Dematec has also contributed to Tekupit’s product development. As a result of this cooperation, the ACPQ-series pump, together with its mounting stand and accessories, has been developed into an easy-to-install, plug-and-play upgrade package for applications where an existing machine requires a higher-pressure pump.
